Purpose of the JobTo coordinate and manage backend fleet operations including fueling, maintenance scheduling, record-keeping, and ensuring operational readiness of ambulances and motorbikes. This role supports daily fleet monitoring, reporting, and communication with stations, drivers, workshops, and management to maintain optimal fleet performance.Job Responsibilities & Authorities
Work flexible shifts, including any slot of the 24/7 operational schedule when required.
Contact all stations each morning for daily fleet status reports.
Prepare and submit pre-finalized fleet reports to the Fleet Executive.
Follow up with stations to ensure ambulances are operational and on-road.
Handle driver concerns regarding malfunctioning ambulances and coordinate with workshops.
Prepare and circulate daily fleet reports to all relevant stakeholders.
Maintain records of all ambulances and motorbikes with support from Technicians and workshops.
Keep original vehicle files and insurance documents up to date.
Track on-road ambulance status as per set targets through station follow-ups.
Monitor ambulances using the tracking system and generate related reports.
Send reminders for periodic maintenance intervals.
Ensure daily job card data entry and distribute weekly.
Prepare weekly operational reports including on-road/off-road status, accidents, fuel usage, and maintenance work.
