The Research, Development, and Education Department (RDE) is the driving force behind cutting-edge Emergency Medical Services. Our mission encompasses groundbreaking research, innovative development, and comprehensive training for all stakeholders. We’re committed to elevating emergency response through a holistic approach to education and research.

RDE meets the diverse training needs of emergency medical services while offering basic and advanced first aid training to various sectors including NGOs, hospitals, schools, and corporations. Our track record includes tailored training sessions for renowned organizations such as Shell Pakistan, PARCO, and more.

Currently, we’re enhancing our capabilities by establishing a dedicated Research Department. This involves upskilling our staff, conducting policy reviews, data analysis, and crafting research proposals for qualitative and mixed-method projects. Training and Capacity Building at RDE

  • RDE conducted 15 induction training batches, training over 395 candidates in Sindh.
  • Ventilator training sessions on O-Two e700 were conducted for staff across all zones.
  • Newly hired medical officers received tele-physician training for clinical protocols and virtual clinical assistance.
  • Weekly teaching assistant sessions are held at various stations.
  • RDE enhanced media collection and brand identity over a two-day initiative with a freelance photographer.
  • An ambulance guidebook focusing on emergencies was created.
  • The Clinical Training Department transitioned into RDE, expanding its scope.
