Mr. Muhammad Qasim is an elected member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh, representing PS-53 (Tharparkar-II), and serves as Parliamentary Secretary for Local Government and Housing Town Planning. His legislative work includes membership of committees concerned with public accounts, finance, planning and development, and other matters of public administration. Through these responsibilities, he brings experience of legislative oversight and an understanding of the relationship between provincial policy and local service delivery. As a member of the SIEHS Board, he contributes a public-representation perspective to strategic decisions affecting emergency healthcare across Sindh. His role supports the Board’s emphasis on responsible governance, responsiveness to community needs and the accessibility of essential public services.
