WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT - KARACHI, HYDERABAD, BHAMBORE, SUKKUR

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Physical Operational Duties related to Receiving, Counting, Stacking, and Issuance of goods and ensure proper posting of Arrival & Issuance in ERP.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:

• Ensure proper counting & inspection of receipt material as per PO and DC.
• Just in time recording of goods arrival into ERP
• Proper storage, receiving and issuance of material in store.
• Inform Line Manager if any discrepancy is observed in Goods Receiving.
• Coordination with BUs for inspection of goods in store.
• Proper placement of rejected goods in rejection area.
• Monthly stock counting of inventory.
• Timely issuance of goods to user department as per approved MIR.
• Timely posting of Material Issuance Requisition ‘MIR’ in ERP.
• Distribution of monthly stationary, cleaning & grocery items to BUs as per requirement.
• Circulate list of goods arrived in store to relevant BUs on daily basis.
• Maintain and control tidiness of Store to avoid wrong placement of materials.
• Any other relevant task assigned by relevant competent authorities.

Matric / Intermediate
