Clinical Training Analyst (Internal)

GENERAL PURPOSE:

The purpose of this position is to deliver quality clinical training to Emergency Medical Service (EMS) staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORTIES:

• Should have a clear and comprehensive understanding of all training programs.
• To assist in development and implementation of various training programs (Internal and external).
• To collect quality data and produce statistical reports to identify the areas that need improvement within the working field.
• To help and assist in developing SOP’s for field staff.
• To assist and develop evaluation programs for trainees for the sake of assessment/improvement.
• Coordinate with field staff to report on field work, highlighting problems and provide possible solutions.
• To assist in preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports on training programs to the senior management.
• Any other task assigned by the Line manager

Qualification: (BS-Nursing Generic / Post RN-Completed) from an HEC recognized university or Advanced Healthcare Training (s) especially as Instructor.

Experience:   3-5 years in Emergency Medical Services or Medical Trainings

Training/Courses: BLS, ALS and ISO/ JCIA standards awareness will be preferred; Strong training capability & Extensive knowledge of MS Office
