MANAGER - FACILITY MANAGEMENT

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Purpose of this position to ensure provision of technical and build out support to organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:

• Act as focal person for Technical Facility Support for all BUs
• Revise/Formulate SOPs for shared services of Technical Support including electrical aspects, ACs and Generators and prepare preventive maintenance plan
• Revise/formulate SOPs for all types of build out including renovations and building repair & maintenance
• Liaise with outsourced vendors for all technical equipment including ACs, generators, firefighting equipment, CCTV cameras and DVRs for regular maintenance and complaints for repair
• Devise cost reduction measures by executing energy saving plan and advise HOD for latest technical facilities available in market for overall cost saving
• Ensure operational serviceability of all technical equipment on and off site locations through implementation of SOPs by respective sub teams
• Supervise the build out sub team with a view of undertaking all projects at optimum cost
• Devise SOPs for taking stock of fuel consumption by generators and share the data with Senior Manager Admin for analysis as per SOP
• Manage duty roster and leave cycle of technicians
• Responsible for any other task assigned by line manager.

Training/Courses: DAE (Civil or Electrical) – Preferred

Qualification: Bachelor’s /Master’s degree

Experience: 8-10 Years
