GENERAL PURPOSE: 

Manager Compensation and Benefits responsible for processing the payroll of employees across multiple entities. Performs duties that require an understanding of company Compensation and Benefit policies and procedures with a strong level of customer service. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES: 

  • Prior experience of ERP / HRIS Implementation / FlowHCM
  • Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within company. 
  • Designing reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for senior Management 
  • Collaborating with outside vendor 
  • Make independent decisions (or escalate when appropriate) to resolve administration issues for the team. 
  • Monitor, approve, and control the payroll processing for all entities 
  • Processes monthly payroll for salaried and hourly, full time and part time employees ensuring the accuracy of data entry along with coordinating timely close of the payroll transmission 
  • Assist with the process and review of payroll related interfaces results 
  • Monitor timely receipt of payroll required document. 
  • System maintenance of HRIS, calculate and process off-cycle manual checks 
  • Produce audit reports, audit registers, accruals and special cases 
  • Process stop payment, reversal and update on line banking for positive pay 
  • Assist Line managers and employees with time and attendance entries 
  • Assist in special projects including, but not limited to validation of earnings for compensation projects 
  • Maintain close relationships with Line Manager assisting them with payroll inquiries 
  • Ensuring employee data is received timely and accurately 
  • Providing support in half yearly and annual statutory audit relating to Human Resource. 
  • Providing adhoc reports to senior management team as and when required. 
  • Preparing costing of Human resource as per financial formats. 
  • Forecast budget for salary increases. 
  • Get Actuarial evaluation with our partner on annual basis 
  • Provide salary data for annual FBR notices

Qualification: MBA in HR

Experience:  Minimum 3-5 year’s recent hands-on payroll experience required 

Training/Courses: Proficient in MS-office and extensive understanding of HRIS system. Strong analytical skills are preferable
