GENERAL PURPOSE:
To attend defective Ambulances at key points / breakdown site with coordination of third-party vendors to repair or tow the Ambulances to respective workshop and also ensure quality of required jobs & Parts quality at 3^rd Party workshops.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:

To receive Ambulance at 3^rd Party workshop and verify the work order availability.
بیرونی ورکشاپ سے ایمبولینس کو وصول کرنا اورجاب آرڈر کے مطابق ہوئے کام کی تصدیق کرنا

Handover the Ambulance to 3^rd Party workshop’ staff to perform the job as per work order.
بیرونی ورکشاپ کے اسٹاف کو جاب آرڈر کے مطابق ایمبولینس ہینڈ اوور کرنا

To verify all jobs should be carried out according to the work order.
اس بات کو یقینی بنانا کے تمام کام دئے گئے ورک آرڈر کے تحت مکمل ہواہے

To check & ensure rectification of any other job which is not mentioned in work order.
کوئی ایسی خرابی جس کا ذکر ورک آرڈر ذکر نہ ہو اس کو چیک کرنا اور اس کو صحیح کرنے کو یقینی بانا

To ensure quality of work / job, as per contractual terms & conditions.
ورک آرڈ کے تحت اعلی معیاری کام کو معاہدہ کے قواعد و ضوابط کے مطابق یقینی بنانا

To ensure the Parts quality, as per contractual terms & conditions.
اس بات کو یقینی بنانا کہ استعمال ہونے والے پرزہ جات کی کوالٹی عمدہ ہو اورمعاہدہ کے قواعد و ضوابط کے مطابق ہو

Road test must be carried out along with driver and 3^rd Party workshop staff to verify the problem rectification.
بیرونی ورکشاپ سے کام مکمل ہونے کے بعد ایمبولینس ڈرائیور کے ساتھ گاڑی چلاکر اس بات کی تسلی کرنا کہ جس خرابی کے کیلئے ایمبولینس آئی تھی وہ دور ہوچکی ہے۔

To coordinate with RM’s and 3^rd Party workshop Staff for Ambulances’ movement in case of breakdown or abnormal condition.
کسی نامساعد حالات میں ایمبلینس کو بیرونی ورکشاپ بھجواناہو تو بیرونی ورکشا پ اسٹاف اور آر ایم دونوں سے رابطہ میں رہنا

To maintain all data related to maintenance workshop.
بیرونی ورکشاپ سے متعلق تمام تر ڈیٹآ کو محفوظ اور درست رکھنا

Any other task assigned by the Manager.
بیرونی ورکشاپ آپریشن میینیجر کی جانب سے کسی بھی دیے گئے کام کو انجام دینا

As per Ambulatory brake down needs employee is bound to work any slot of 24/7 when and where required

Strong sense of responsibility with an organized mind.

Qualification: Matriculation

Experience: At least 1 years’ Experience

Age Requirement: Min. 20 years

Domicile: Sindh (Mandatory)
