AI ENGINEER - ON SITE (KARACHI)

General Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, mathematics, and AI/ML techniques, with hands-on experience in building intelligent systems that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML models and algorithms for predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making.
• Conduct data exploration and feature engineering to prepare datasets for modeling.
• Implement, test, and optimize machine learning models (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, deep learning).
• Deploy AI models into production environments using appropriate tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to integrate AI solutions into applications.
• Monitor model performance and retrain models as necessary.
• Research and evaluate new AI tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Document model architecture, code, and results for reproducibility and compliance.

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

Experience: Overall more than 5 years of experience with at least 1 year as data science specialist or BI/AI developer.

Age: Minimum 22 years

Training/Courses/Certification/Skills: Solid understanding of machine learning frameworks. Knowledge of AI concepts like NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, etc. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
