MoU was signed between Brig. Tarique Quadir Lakhiar, CEO of SIEHS, and Dr. Shahid Raza, Executive Director of the Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN). This strategic partnership is dedicated to enhancing pre-hospital care for neonatology and child health.

An MOU was signed between (SIEHS) and (SIHPP), Raheem Bakhsh Maitlo, Program Director SIHPP, Brigadier (R) Tariq Qadir, CEO-SIEHS, and Dr. Waqar Memon, Director General Health, Sindh signed the agreement. Dr. Saad Khalid Niaz, caretaker Minister for Health, Dr. Mansoor Rizvi, Secretary of Health, Sindh presided over the signing ceremony.
SIHPP was launched with the assistance of the World Bank and Islamic Development Bank to improve access to and utilization of quality RMNCH+N services in the most underserved areas of the province.
