Regional Manager (TDP)

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Regional Manager is responsible for Mobile Services to oversee the implementation, management, and expansion of mobile health initiatives within our Maternal, Neonatal & Child Health Program and ensuring the effective utilization of mobile technologies to deliver essential healthcare services to mothers, newborns, and children in the specified region.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the deployment and scaling of mobile health services within the MNCH Program, in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including program managers, technical teams, and field staff, to design and customize mobile health interventions tailored to the needs of target populations.
  • Establish partnerships with government agencies, healthcare providers, NGOs, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate the integration of mobile health solutions into existing healthcare systems.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to regional teams responsible for the delivery of mobile health services, including training, capacity building, and performance management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of mobile health interventions, utilizing data analytics and feedback mechanisms to assess program outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and data protection protocols in the implementation of mobile health initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and procurement processes related to mobile health activities within the region, optimizing cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
  • Represent the organization at relevant forums, conferences, and meetings to promote awareness of mobile health innovations and share best practices with external stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and evidence-based practices in mobile health and MNCH, contributing to continuous learning and innovation within the organization.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports, presentations, and updates on the progress of mobile health programs to senior management and donors.
  • Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualification: MBBS/16 years of education and master’s degree in public health/biostatistics/epidemiology/nutrition/health management  or Retired Military personnel (including medical core) of Colonel/Lieutenant Colon Ranks

Experience: Minimum 05 years’ experience in related field.

Training/Courses: MS. Office, Communication

Age: Max Age 50 years (55 if retired military)
