Project Manager (TDP)

GENERAL PURPOSE:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects within the organization He/she will responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of project deliverables and maintaining clear communication with team members and stakeholders at all levels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORTIES:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and objectives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Conducting filed visits to the interventions as and when necessary.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and client/consumer expectations.
  • Track project expenses and ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management methodologies.
  • To ensure all relevant documents are updated and controlled by MEAL
  • To ensure that employees personal files are maintained as per the ISO & Internal/ External audit requirements.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Responsible to participate in Internal & external audits.
  • Submit project reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis as required
  • Any other task assign by the Line Manager.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Qualification: MBBS and master’s degree in public health/biostatistics/epidemiology/nutrition/health management.

Experience:  Minimum 10 Years’ experience in relevant field, out of which Candidate must have 7 years of experience of working in health and nutrition sector in management capacity.

Training/Courses : Preferably certified in PMP.

Age: Maximum age : 50 years
