Assistant Manager – Research, Development & Education – Karachi – 10012024

Main Responsibility:

This position facilitates the delivery of Medical training to upgrade the skills of the Ambulatory workforce, which requires them to work in close coordination during recruitment, induction, and on-job assessment of Medical Staff. It will be responsible for ensuring that the staff is capable to deliver medical services as per customer requirements and quality service within Emergency Medical Services.

Clinical Training:

  • Conduct training assessments are per established processes.
  • Regular updating of medical staff TNA and mark needs for improvement for each one and maintain records.
  • Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
  • Ensure that records are maintained to provide evidence that the Training procedures are being followed and appraised in a cyclic manner.
  • Implement formal standards and regulatory codes appropriate to the organization’s needs.
  • Implement statistical methodologies and quality tools to monitor and control quality.
  • Maintain and analyze the medical Training and Development System
  • In coordination with People & Culture Department, maintain database/record of the trainings performed, for future planning/performance appraisals as well as Audits.

Qualification: M.B.B.S. or an alternate qualification that is supplemented by a certification/diploma/degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Management, or Advanced Healthcare Training(s) especially as an Instructor.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience

Certification: BLS and/or ALS and/or ACLS will be preferred, Valid PMDC License

Age:  Minimum 25 years

Reporting Line and Location:

This position reports directly to the Manager Research, Education & Development.
