Assistant Manager Project (TDP)

GENERAL PURPOSE:

 The Assistant Manager will be responsible to assist the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects within the organization. The Assistant Manager Project will work closely with the project management team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORTIES:

  • Assist the PM to develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Assist the PM to Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and objectives
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Assist the PM to monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and client/consumer expectations.
  • Track project expenses and complete all required documentations.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management methodologies.
  • To ensure all relevant documents are updated and controlled by MEAL
  • Assist the PM to ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Responsible to participate in Internal & external audits.
  • Submit assigned project reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis as required
  • Any other task assign by the Line Manager.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Qualification: MBBS/16 years of education and master’s degree in public health/biostatistics/epidemiology/public health/nutrition/psychology.

Experience:  Minimum 04 Years’ experience in  related field

Training/Courses : Preferably certified in PMP.

Age: Max : 45 years
