Assistant Manager - Networks - Karachi

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installation, configuration and monitoring of network communications equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, software, and other network equipment.

• Manage network related issues, solutions and/or working on improving the efficiency of current networks.

• Working to maximize the network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Proved experience of Microsoft Windows OS Platform.

• Troubleshooting of MS Windows and Computer peripherals.

• In-depth understanding of IP networking, traffic engineering, routing protocols, and IP network QoS techniques.

• Arranging scheduled upgrades and Investigating faults in the network.

• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution, Reporting network status to key stakeholders.

Qualification: Bachelor/Master of Computer Science – IT or Engineering

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience

Certifications (preferred): Cisco Certification, Data Center Certification, Firewall/ Security Certification

Age: Minimum 25 years

Gender : Male
