Analyst Clinical Quality Assurance (TDP)

General Purpose:

 He/ She is responsible for assisting in developing and implementing quality management procedures and systems. Conduct ambulance inspection or performed ride along activities to identify gaps and improve quality of services provided as well as compliance with established processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

He/ She is also responsible for assisting in internal audits, maintenance of ISO documents, records keeping (soft and hard), controlling documents.

Job Responsibilities and Authorities:

Quality Assurance

  • Perform Ambulance ride along activity based on the monthly planner provided.
  • Perform station inspections based on the monthly planner provided
  • Carry out ambulance inspections in line with the assigned monthly planner.
  • Execute targeted activities as needed.
  • Immediately share any serious observations or findings with the line manager.
  • Complete follow-up mechanism sheets and share them with the reporting unit for necessary actions.
  • Conducting meetings with the relevant department to discuss follow-up mechanisms
  • Create an effective, efficient and reliable reporting mechanism within the organization to ensure that all data collected, analyzed and reported, is in consonance with the quality objective of SIEHS and meets ISO reporting requirements
  • Develop and support maintenance of database for QA department
  • Development of audit checklist(s) and execution of audit plan
  • Assist the QA department in creating awareness within the organization of a quality-driven culture
  • Conduct all ISO audit related activities
  • Facilitate the organization in surveillance audit process
  • Any other task assigned by the Manager QA

 Qualification: 16 years education in Nursing, Pharmacology/Psychology/Physiotherapy

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in clinical setting e.g. ICU, CCU or NICU or infection prevention & control./ experience in ambulance operations(PM,EMT-A & EMT) Experience in Quality Assurance will be preferable.

Training/Courses: Written/Verbal Communication Skills, Computer Skills esp. Microsoft Office Diploma/Certification in the Quality Management or related fields is preferable.
