Brig Tarique Quadir Lakhiar, besides being a well-rounded, charismatic and amiable personality, brings a blend of rich & varied experiences. It encompasses his 32 years of meritorious military career alongside being an enterprising corporate executive and his international service with global organisations like UNO, the US State Department, PENTAGON & African Unity Organization etc. Latest is the most demanding role as Head of Thar Coal Project Block-2 and the founding COO- Thar Foundation at Thar Coal Project zone- a JV of GoS & Engro. He spearheaded a new era of inclusive development in Tharparkar with reinvigorating results. He has been honoured for his contributions with numerous awards, a few being Sitare-e-Imtiaz (Military) by the President of Pakistan, the Honour Award at the University of MACWAR-Quantico Virginia-USA and the Medal of Valor by the Secretary General of United Nations New York. |

Syed Salman Shah – Director General, PDMA, SindhMr. Syed Salman Shah is a Masters from University of Portsmouth. He is associated with Provincial Disaster Management Authority as Director General since 2013. |
Dr. Junaid RazzakDr. Junaid Razzak holds a Ph.D. in public health from Sweden’s Karolinska Institute. He is an experienced specialist with M.B.B.S. (Agha Khan University) and M.D. degrees (Johns Hopkins University). He is the founding director of AKU’s WHO Collaborating Center and a founding member of Karachi’s Aman Healthcare Services, a non-profit organization. Dr. Junaid Razzak is a Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in the United States, as well as the Director of the Center for Global Emergency Medicine and the Tele-Emergency Medicine program. |

Mr. Sohail KhojaMr. Sohail Khoja is a Civil Engineer by profession. He has been an active part of the Aga Khan Development Network for more than three decades, and has been on the boards of Aga Khan Education Service, and the Aga Khan Foundation. Most recently, he served as the director at AKRSP, a position that he held for more than a decade. |

Dr Syed Mansoor Abbas Rizvi currently serving as Secretary in the Health Department, Government of Sindh. He was the Chief Executive Officer of the Sindh Special Economic Zone Authority, He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Sindh Enterprise Development Fund, SEZ Management Company and Education City. He led the Doing Business Reform Unit (DBRIU)established under the Investment Department to create an enabling environment for businesses and to bring together initiatives and action on reforms to facilitate ease of doing business in Sindh. Dr. Junaid Razzak is a Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in the United States, as well as the Director of the Center for Global Emergency Medicine and the Tele-Emergency Medicine program. He has 25 years of versatile experience in various sectors of the economy especially in the areas of General Administration/Social Sector of the Government of Sindh. He holds an MBBS degree from Sindh Medical College and a Master’s in Administrative Sciences from the University of Karachi. |
